When guests interact with your StaPilot-powered property hub, we collect limited data including chat messages with the AI concierge, booking requests, and language preferences. This data is used solely to provide the guest experience service and is accessible to the property owner through their dashboard.

Payment processors (Stripe) to handle transactions
AI service providers (Anthropic) for the concierge feature, with anonymized data
Analytics providers (Google Analytics) for usage insights
Law enforcement when required by law
